Nature of This Resource

Chesterfield County Released Inmates is a private reference site with no authority to act for a public office. It stores no official custody or release records and cannot confirm custody, free a person, post bond, or file a document.

Its pages point to Chesterfield County release-record channels, SCDC and SCDPPPS resources, court systems, federal tools, and third-party research services.

South Carolina law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in South Carolina. References to public-record access concern the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, Sections 30-4-10 through 30-4-165, but these terms do not create a public-record right against this private site.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
