Neither the site nor its advertising partners offers credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or other FCRA-covered services. The resource helps users locate Chesterfield County and South Carolina inmate and jail-record sources. It is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.

South Carolina Law

South Carolina law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in South Carolina. References to public-record access concern the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, Sections 30-4-10 through 30-4-165, but these terms do not create a public-record right against this private site.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
