Information You Submit
A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that powers that tool. The site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy controls its handling of the query.
If you send an email or contact-form message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. Messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Automatic Technical Information
Routine technical details may be recorded when a page loads. They can include:

- a copy of personal information held by this site;
- correction of inaccurate personal information;
- deletion of information that is no longer required; or
- an opt-out from certain processing where that right applies.
These choices concern data held by this private resource. Requests about a Chesterfield County or South Carolina public record must go to the agency that maintains it under the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, Sections 30-4-10 through 30-4-165.
